Running the implementation office at a Logistics Company

For the operational division (20.000 FTE) of a large incumbent logistics company, we set up and managed the implementation of the various projects into the network. We also ran the budgeting and strategic planning exercises for the division.

 

The result was the realisation of a reduction of 750 FTE within the first year (better than budget), and the next year's (after CSI involvement) budget plan outperformed.
